2) Radio Controlled Dragon Fly – A radio controlled dragon fly that lifts off and flies by flapping it’s wings. Made for indoor and outdoor usage.

5) Bladerunner II Radio Controlled Helicopter – A cool little radio controlled helicopter, with search light and flashing strobe, made for indoor usage. It flies up to 15 minutes from a single charge and can fly up, down, left, right, forwards and backwards.
Zoobie Pets

Zoobie Pets is a new patented concept which is fun for children and practical for parents. A Zoobie is a 3-in-1 plush toy animal, which can be a soft toy, a blanket or a pillow. A perfect traveling companion for toddlers!
There are 12 different Zoobies to choose from, both natural colored animals and brightly colored ones. For instance you have the blue elephant and the pink hippo for color loving children, and the zebra, giraffe and cheetah for those who prefer the more natural look.
Drop by Zoobie Pets for more information and to find a local retailer. Good For the Kids is one of many webstores where Zoobies can be found.
E-glue Wall Decor

E-glue makes cool wall decoration stickers in lots of different designs, sizes and color combinations.
Their giga-KITs are phenomenal. They are, at the time being, available in savanna-, farm-, under water- and skeleton pirate themes. These kits are full of their fun designs, and maybe the best thing about them is the possibility to choose the color combinations yourself! There are several main colors and secondary colors to choose from, so there’s a good chance of finding colors which match the rest of the room. I would think the kids would love to get to choose the colors themselves as well!
E-glues also has a product called artiKIDS which allows for the customer to send in a kids drawing, which then can be made into wall decals! artiKIDS is, like the rest of e-glues decals, available in many different sizes.
Drop by e-glue for more information or to purchase their products.
Handmade Robot Pouches
When kids only need to take small stuff like keys, wallets and phones with them, it’s great for them to have a small pouch to keep it all in. Anatomy Of A Skirts handmade Robot Pouches are small, practical and cool looking.
The Robot Pouches are made out of silver or gold vinyl, which makes them water resistant and easy to clean with a damp cloth. They open by unzipping their mouths, and I think they’d work just as well as small pencil cases.
The Robot Pouches, along with lots of other cool accessories, are available at Anatomy Of A Skirt.
Piggybank or Monsterbank?
Big G is a very unusual little piggybank with simple round shapes and several well placed and freshly colored spots. This piggybank is made out of china, the money is put into its mouth, and a plastic stopper underneath its belly allows for easy access to the money in the usual way.
I’m not really sure if it’s a cute little piglet or a bloodthirsty monster, but no matter what I think it looks cool.
Big G is designed by Camilla Prada and can be bought at Soma Gallery.
Paper Craft Links
Amongst all the free paper craft downloads around the Internet, there are lots of simple, fun and decorative paper figures made by artists and designers. These paper figures are easy to put together, and the detail is in the graphics. These figures can often be downloaded in several fun and versions, including blank templates, for people to apply their own graphic, paint or draw on. They are perfect for kids (and adults) of all ages.
I have made a small list of some of the very cool and simple paper craft figures that I’ve come across lately. If anyone’s got more of these that they’d like to share, please leave a comment!
- Speakerdog – simple, fun and available in lots of different versions made by different graffiti artists, illustrators and graphic designers.
- Readymech – cool, simple and charming figures.
- Gloo Man – choose sex, hair type, belt buckle and other details before downloading your personal Gloo Man!
- NANA – cool and detailed figure with removable helmet. (Click second preview from the left to see the figure. Click arrow to download PDF.)
- Flicker Monkey’s figures – simple and cute.
- Custom Paper Toys Owwwl – fun, detailed (cool skeleton on its back) with movable parts. Besides the owl there is four other free downloads.

- Cutnejo – charming rabbit.
Transformers Optimus Prime Voice Changer Helmet
One of Hasbro’s cool Transformer movie tie-ins is the Optimus Prime Voice Changer Helmet, which changes the users voice to sound like Optimus Primes!
Besides changing the users voice the helmet has two other modes, one with sounds of Optimus Primes battle phrases and one with the sounds of Optimus Prime transforming.
The helmet fits adults (yay! ;)) and kids over five years of age. It can be bought through the Hasbro Toy Shop.
Fun and Educational Shower Curtains
I simply love these shower curtains! Besides being functional and environmentally friendly, they also provide the kids with something fun to look at and lots of educational information.
Kids love to explore and discover stuff all by themselves, and that is why I think these shower curtains are so great. They provide a brilliant way of feeding the little ones information by surrounding them with it in a colorful and fun way. It’s a superb way of tricking them into learning new stuff.
You’ll find lots of different educational shower curtains at Simple Memory Art.
Thanks to Cynthia for the tip! She and her children have first hand experience with these shower curtains, and think they are great.
Cool Paper Craft Monsters
Now, for those who’d like to make some cool, paper models, but would like to start with something a bit easier than the Millennium Falcon, can have a look at what they offer over at Toypaper. There are some pretty cute monsters over there.
Toypaper also offer other models like a sneaker and the “Hand Holder”, which is plain white and allows you to customize it by drawing and painting.
For those who like animated paper toys, you should head over to Flying Pig, which offers lots of animated paper crafts. At Flying Pig there are free downloads but for most of the toys you have to pay a small amount.
